Store Manager - Dinosaur Designs Strand Arcade
We are looking for an experienced store manager to run our newly renovated Strand Arcade store in Sydney.
Working directly to the Sales Director, you’ll:
• Love retail, jewellery, homewares and people
• Be excellent at reaching sales targets
• Be an inspiration to our team
• Have a superior understanding of design and an affinity with our ethos
Your responsibilities will include:
• Store performance and operations
• Stock control and visual merchandising
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and building customer relationships
• Rostering, training, motivating and supervising staff
• Recruiting and selecting new team members
• Implementing and complying with company policy and procedure, including OH&S

Production Associate (Jewellery Sanding)
One of Australia’s best loved brands, Dinosaur Designs, is looking for an experienced, reliable and responsible full time Production Associate (Jewellery Sanding) to join our expanding Sydney workshop. Reporting to the Jewellery Sanding Production Supervisor and Production Manager, you’ll be working alongside our other team members to create Dinosaur Designs’ signature pieces.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with sanding/drilling machinery, preferably within a hands-on production environment where both quality of product and quantity of output are important.
You’ll have:
• An immaculate eye for detail and quality
• Strict quality control standards
And be:
• A fast learner who can master new techniques quickly
• Enthusiastic and motivated
• Level headed; someone who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A personable team player who can work autonomously
• A person who always strives for their personal best
