Dinosaur Designs offers physical gift cards at all signature stores.

For digital gift vouchers, purchase a Virtual Gift Card by providing your personalised message, the recipient's email, and the scheduled send time. Vouchers will be emailed at the requested time. If your voucher is not delivered, please contact us with your order number to reissue. Contact Us

Gift vouchers can only be used in the currency they were issued and cannot be converted or transferred.

Made-to-order corporate gifts require a lead time of 12-15 weeks, while ready-to-ship gifts have a processing time of 1-5 days.

Please note, we cannot customise our pieces or offer engraving services for corporate orders.

Pieces purchased from the Extinct store, final sale and made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged except where required by law.

Christmas gifts purchased from November 1 can be exchanged until 31 January of the following year.
