Local Shipping

Complimentary Standard shipping when you spend $300 or more within AU and NZ.

Complimentary Express shipping when you spend $800 or more within AU and NZ.

$12 Standard shipping and $20 Express shipping within AU and NZ for orders under $300.

This excludes our made-to-order pieces, which are over-sized and are sent with a courier partner at an additional cost.

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect as an option at checkout, exclusive to our Extinct Store in Redfern, Sydney.

Collection times are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm from our Extinct Store at 585 Elizabeth Street, Redfern NSW 2016.

All orders are processed within twenty-four hours, excluding weekends. 

We will send a secondary confirmation that your order is marked ready to pick-up, which notifies you that your pieces can now be collected. 

INTERNATIONAL

International Shipping

Dinosaur Designs orders are shipped with Australia's national post service Australia Post and their carrier partners. Postage fees can be estimated in the cart drawer or on the cart page, and are calculated in real-time at checkout. Learn More

Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Dinosaur Designs has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.

Delivery timeframes are supplied at checkout and are to be regarded as estimates only.

Estimates may not take into account customs holds, transit or peak period delays.

Once your Dinosaur Designs parcel has been dispatched from our Sydney studio, we are unable to upgrade your order to an expedited service.

Processing Times

Dinosaur Designs orders are process and dispatched within one to three business days.

During promotional and launch periods, public holidays or other events, additional processing time may be experienced.

Priority Orders

All priority orders are expedited and processed with an express service, to be fulfilled and dispatched the same or next business day. This service is ideal for time sensitive gifting.

For orders under $800, simply pay $15 to upgrade your order to express and expedite your order to become priority.

This is complimentary service for all orders over $800.

Tracking Your Order

Dinosaur Designs provides an order and shipping confirmation email following your purchase. Your unique tracking code with our postal provider, Australia Post, will be supplied once your order has been dispatched to track your order with ease.

Ship From Location

All Dinosaur Designs orders are dispatched from our Sydney studio in Redfern, NSW. On occasion, orders may be dispatched in-store where inventory was unavailable in our studio to fulfil your order.

Delivery to PO Box & Parcel Locker

Dinosaur Designs are pleased to accept orders with PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses for deliveries by Australia Post.

If a courier service alternative is nominated for your order, Dinosaur Designs requires a street address and will not be able to facilitate shipment to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Australia Post may face service disruptions due to shipping or customs regulations, logistical challenges like natural disasters, flight capacity issues, union strikes, civil unrest, or sanctions.

Signature & Insurance

All Dinosaur Designs orders are processed with insurance, provided by our third party shipping provider, Australia Post, to protect all order against transit damages or loss in transit.

Dinosaur Designs orders require an adult signature unless Authority to Leave is noted on your order. This allows for safe delivery of your order, which can be collected from your Australia Post office if no one is in attendance.

Dinosaur Designs is not responsible for stolen or missing packages if Authority to Leave is authorised on your orde

Delivery to Concierge & Reception

Dinosaur Designs accepts orders with delivery to business or personal concierge, reception or building managers. Each order requires signature upon delivery due to their value.

In the event you passed this responsibility to a Building Manager, Concierge or Reception to sign on your behalf, Dinosaur Designs is no longer responsible for missing goods once the parcel has been signed for.

Transit Damages

All Dinosaur Designs orders are insured with Australia Post. If your order arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the damage.

Keep the box and packaging, as you might need to visit your local Australia Post office for the insurance claim.

Once approved, we can provide a replacement, credit, or exchange for the damaged item.

Packaging

As we continue to reduce our environmental footprint, we make great efforts to keep up with recent packaging innovations to limit waste and ensure we are following the most sustainable practices.

 Each Dinosaur Designs order is packed with extreme care in our Sydney studio, using FSC®-certified protective paper packaging solutions that are shock-absorbent, biodegradable and recyclable. 

Each box is sealed with recyclable kraft paper tape and is sent with Climate Action Carbon Neutral Certified shipping partners, to ensure all orders arrive safely with minimal impact on our Earth.
