SYDNEY STUDIO
WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Dinosaur Designs is looking for a seasonal assistant for Wholesale Packing Assistant. You will assist all operations for processing, dispatch and fulfilment of Wholesale orders.
The successful candidate must be available 4-5 days a week until the 24th of December with the possibility of an extension of the contract, with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management - maintain accurate inventory levels by reporting any discrepancies or damages, participating in adhoc stocktakes and accurate picking of wholesale orders, accepting incoming stock and consumable deliveries.
Quality Control - ensuring our high quality controls are maintained, refining any deviations through hand finishing techniques and reporting of defective stock.
Shipping & Dispatch - organising, picking and shipping wholesale orders, store shipping and courier requests by providing shipping and customs documentation and labels; assisting with outgoing dispatch within our strict processing times, alerting of any delays.
Packaging - appropriately packaging all orders, following our packaging protocols to a high standard, ensuring each piece is packaged safely and securely with accurate shipping information and print collateral.
The successful candidate must be able to lift and move heavy packages up to 20kgs and operate simple machinery.
Knowledge in Cin7Core is preferred.

SEASONAL RETAIL ASSISTANT
BRISBANE
We are currently looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our Brisbane team, working across our Queens Plaza and James Street store locations.
If you have a passion for fashion, design and delivering exceptional customer service, with great personal style, this may be the role for you.
The role requires previous experience in a retail environment, as you will be assist our customers through styling and sales.
The role requires a flexible candidate with a minimum of three days availability, including weekends. Please note, this is a seasonal role and requires full availability between October 2024 - January 2025.

- Be hard working, motivated to meet sales targets and enjoy working in a small team.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Sydney Studio
Dinosaur Designs are seeking Production Assistants within our Production departments in our Sydney Studio, on a part-time or full-time basis.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Perform all required tasks associated in your department under the direction of the Production Managers and Supervisors
- Prioritize work adhering to deadlines for wholesale and Bespoke orders, as well as inventory for our signature and online stores.
- Maintain accurate communication of progress and any foreseeable problems or delays
- Assess all pieces during the relevant stage of production for faults
- Assist with the daily cleaning and maintenance of production workshops.
- Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements, Studio and Company Policy procedures in the various work areas of the studio
- Comply with OH&S requirements ensuring correct protection is worn at all times
- Be active, as the role may have physical demands; heavy-lifting, working on your feet and repetitive activities.
