ACCOUNTS
Accessing My Account
To access your Dinosaur Designs account, navigate to the top of any page to the heading menu icons on the right and select Account. Follow the prompts to log in.
In your account, you may view previous orders, account information and update your email address.
Changing My Address
To change your address for your account, navigate to the top of the page to find your initials and click to open the drop down menu.
Here, you update your name or address. You may also remove previous addresses from your account.
To change your address on an outgoing order, please contact us immediately. Contact Us
Please note, your billing address cannot be updated once your order is placed.
PAYMENTS
Payment Methods
Dinosaur Designs accepts payments via Visa, Eftpos, MasterCard, and American Express.
You can also use Afterpay and PayPal at checkout in installment payments.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted using cards in your Google or Apple wallets.
For a faster and simplified checkout, use Shop Pay to complete your payment.
Store Credit
Store Credit is a form of value given by Dinosaur Designs, often as a credit to your account for returns, promotions, or rewards.
Your Store Credit can be used to complete purchases any Dinosaur Designs signature store or via our website, by suppling you unique code at checkout.
Gift Vouchers
To use your Dinosaur Designs Gift Card online, add pieces to your cart and select "Gift Card" as your payment method during checkout. Enter the gift card number, complete the payment. Any remaining value can be redeemed at a later date using the same unique code.
If the card does not cover the full cost, you can use another payment method of your choice for the balance.
For in-store purchases, visit any of our signature stores to use your voucher. Simply present the unique code to redeem. Alternatively, your voucher should be attached to your Dinosaur Designs account. Simply cite your contact details so our staff can redeem for your purchase.
Security
Dinosaur Designs uses industry-standard protocols and built-in tools to protect sensitive payment information. This includes SSL encryption, fraud protection, secure payment gateways and tokenisation for sensitive information.
Currency
Dinosaur Designs offers live currency conversion from AUD to your local currency, allowing you to see prices in your chosen currency while browsing our site.
To change your currency, go to the header navigation and select your region's currency from the drop-down menu next to the account icon.
Duties & Taxes
Dinosaur Designs pricing includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% for domestic orders.
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and are not collected at checkout. Dinosaur Designs has no control over these duties and taxes and will not refund customers for any charges.
Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
ORDERS
Tracking Your Order
Dinosaur Designs provides an order and shipping confirmation email following your purchase. Your unique tracking code with our postal provider, Australia Post, will be supplied once your order has been dispatched to track your order with ease.
Order Amendment
If you note you have made an error with your order after submitting it, either for incorrect items or address, contact Customer Service to request an amendment. Contact Us
We cannot guarantee changes can be adjusted, as orders may already be processed for dispatch.
While we will try to update any incorrect details, some orders may not be adjustable due to fast processing.
Please note, billing address cannot be updated after your order has been placed.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service to request cancellation. Contact Us
If your order has been processed for fulfilment or dispatch, we are unable to cancel your order.
If cancelled prior to processing, you are eligible for a full refund, with funds returned via the original payment method used at checkout.

Invoices
In an effort to reduce print waste, Dinosaur Designs does not include tax invoices in our outgoing orders.
When visiting our stores, we offer printed or digital receipts, which can be emailed you.
To access a tax invoice, please contact Customer Service or request in your order notes when completing your purchase. Contact Us
Difficulty Placing Order
If you cannot complete check out, the pieces may be sold out or unavailable. Please contact Customer Service with the details of the items you would like to purchase, so we may send you a payment link or invoice to finalise your order.
For other issues, please provide screenshots and the URL of the page you are experiencing the issue on, along with a list of the items you intend to purchase so we can assist. Contact Us
Priority Orders
All priority orders are expedited and processed with an express service, to be fulfilled and dispatched the same or next business day. This service is ideal for time sensitive gifting.
For orders under $800, simply pay $15 to upgrade your order to express and expedite your order to become priority.
This is complimentary service for all orders over $800.
