Pieces may be returned for store credit or exchange only to Dinosaur Designs if still in original condition, within 30 days of dispatch. Refunds are only issued when required by law.

All returns require a valid form of proof of purchase. This is limited to:

• Signed Product Care Card
• Online Returns Card
• Gift Receipt
• Receipt

Pieces purchased from the Extinct store, final sale and made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged except where required by law.

Dinosaur Designs offers 30 day returns for store credit or exchange from the date of purchase. Pieces must not be worn and remain in original condition. Proof of purchase is required for a return to be approved.

Christmas gifts purchased from November 1 can be exchanged until 31 January of the following year.

Wedding gifts can be exchanged from 30 days of the date of purchase. An exchange period extension may be authorised if acknowledgement of the wedding date was provided in your in-store or online order notes at time of purchase.

To return your purchase of our pieces made with a Dinosaur Designs stockist, you must contact the stockist you purchased from to facilitate a return, following their returns policy.

Store Credit is a form of value given by Dinosaur Designs, often as a credit to your account for returns, promotions, or rewards.

Your Store Credit can be used to complete purchases any Dinosaur Designs signature store or via our website, by suppling you unique code at checkout.

Valid for three years from date of issue.

To exchange, simply visit us in any of our signature stores within 30 days of purchase. Returned pieces must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Alternatively, you may lodge your return via our Returns Portal and select the pieces you would like to exchange to. Once your return has been approved, your exchange order will be dispatched from our Sydney studio, pending real-time stock availability of your pre-selected pieces.

Pieces must be in original condition returned within 30 days of receiving.

We do not offer returns on final sales pieces, Laybuys, Extinct or Bespoke purchases.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind and issued only when required by law.

We accept Christmas gift returns made from November 1 until 31 January the following year for an exchange or Store Credit.

We offer a flat-rate label fee for returns made via our portal. The fee will be deducted from your store credit value or charged at completion of your lodgement.

All change-of-mind returns incur a shipping cost at the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, an additional delivery charge will be required.
